About Us

A number of years have past since we bought our first chickens which were three Light Sussex bantam hens. They were perfect for our garden and the initial aim was to just keep them as pets and of course for laying a few eggs. Little did we know at that time, how addictive keeping chickens can become!

Now at Sam's Poultry we are passionate about supplying pure bred poultry. Our aim is to hatch and source many different breeds of chickens, ducks and quail from around April until October each year. Details of what we currently have for sale can be found by going to the 'Stock for Sale' page. All we can say to you, once you have acquired some birds, you just want to buy more!

Furthermore, we sell many poultry accessories which range from drinkers, feeders, housing, health products, plus many more items are available. All items can be bought from our on-line shop (link above) and at the various auctions and shows we attend.
